Counselling involves meeting one on one with a trained mental health professional in a safe environment to talk about the things in your life that are creating a healthy inbalance for you or for the people around you.

Generally it involves regular sessions, usually sixty minutes in length. Understand that the frequency of therapy needed varies from person to person pending on the nature of concern/problem(s) and individual needs.

Encryption: Your transaction is encrypted and secured. All information, including your credit card, is transferred only over HTTPS with up to 256-bit encryption.

Compliance: Servers verified PCI compliant. HIPAA's privacy rule provides standards for protecting the privacy and security of health information that is transmitted electronically. I use a confidential, HIPAA-compliant interface to conduct video sessions with clients. You will receive an email prior to each session, and to connect, you just click the link.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen events occur and emergencies do happen that are out of our control. Any cancellations will be accepted 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. You will be responsible for payment of a full session fee for late cancellations or missed appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours. Payment is due upon each session. Tax is included in prices.
