Couple Therapy

ONLINE COUPLE therapy sessions can help improve the relationship dynamics if both party’s are in agreement to make an effort to improve the relationship.

I provide counselling to couples based on the Gottman Method Therapy that are clinical evidenced based interventions.

I work with couples faced with a variety of issues and concerns, including infidelity, communication breakdown, setting healthy boundaries, and addiction; all encompassing emotional disconnection. My hope I bring to you, is that change is possible, and rewarding, if one is willing to commit to the processs of change. This often takes effort, where one is willing to move out of their own comfort zone. When you make the effort to make things right or the willingness to try, you will know you are moving in the right direction. This is a good sign!
